Not only is our range of innovative products, processes and services key to our success but also and more importantly are our dedicated, well-trained and competent employees, a total of about 2,750 in more than 40 countries throughout the world.

In Germany we employ approximately. 900 members of staff and have also100 apprentices based at our sites in Frankfurt am Main (head office, sales, research and development) and Langelsheim/Harz (production).

We place great importance on the value of education and training. This is underlined by the fact that the vast majority of positions that become available in the company are filled by existing employees who have benefited from company sponsored training.

We provide a performance-related remuneration scheme for all members of staff , and flexible working hours, we support teamwork as well as encouraging staff participation in decision making through our Staff Suggestion Scheme, which in turn we believe increases their motivation in providing our customers with a better level of service.
